Responsibilities:
-Control the operations of formation in the area of SEA
-Control, organize and coordinate all the base of training course within annual drive
-Communicate and carry out the training program approved within a given framework of cost
-Coordinate the regional program of orientation, the preprogrammed soft-competences being exerted and formations
-Review the evaluations of course/feedback and result in the continuous improvement for quality to learn from the solutions
-Now and managing the system of hour
Conditions:
-a suitable experiment of years 1-2 of a similar capacity
-Experiment of the training programs of delivery and coordinated
-Interpersonal strong qualifications/communication and of presentation
-The English control is essential
-Good player of team and able to maintain good relationships of work with all the levels of the people
-Creator, proactif, result directed and inventive
-Independent, and able to work with the monitoring minimum
-Graduated fresh is welcome to apply
