Responsibilities:
This role is to provide desktop support service and helpdesk function to the users.
* Good knowledge in supporting the Microsoft Operating System and Office Products
* First level diagnosis of computer hardware and peripherals
* Able to resolve users’ issues and focus on achieving users’ satisfaction on the services
* Able to follow up with the daily job routine diligently
Requirements:
* IT Diploma or Equivalent
* Minimum One year experience as Helpdesk Engineer
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Able to resolving customer issues and seek to achieve customer satisfaction
* Remuneration will commensurate according to experience
