Contract Accountant (3 months, renewable)

Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Asst Accounting Manager, key responsibilities will include:
- Assist in monthly closing of accounts
- Assist in preparation of accurate and timely financial reports
- Preparation of audit schedule for both Balance Sheet and P&L notes
- Assist in liaising with external parties such as auditors and corporate secretary
- Ensure compliance with proper accounting procedures and internal control system throughout the Company
- Administering the employees online expense claim system
- Support in treasury function
- Maintain fixed assets register
- Assist in any ad hoc projects assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least ‘A’/Diploma in Accounting or ACCA Level 2
- Minimum 2 years’ related experience
- Strong accounting knowledge
- Excellent personality, good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Self starter, dedicated and able to work under pressure
