In 2005, Siemens, Inc. signed an agreement with Siemens Business Services to establish a new business unit to deliver IT helpdesk and customer care services mainly for English-speaking global customers. With an initial capacity of 500 agent seats, the newly-opened IT outsourcing division of Siemens, Inc. is based in Eastwood City CyberPark, Libis, Quezon City. The Philippines becomes the latest addition to the existing satellite call center offices of SBS in the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Canada, Turkey and Singapore.
To complement our team of professionals, we are in need of:
Customer Service Engineers
(National Capital Reg - Makati City)
* Provide technical after sales support according to customer’s requirements
* Failure analysis: gather all maintenance information for failure analysis, monitoring failure trends, creating failure reports, equipment hardware and software fault clearance
* Undertake pre-/post-sales service tasks such as installation, testing, calibration, commissioning, maintenance service to the customer, on call service to customer and support
REQUIREMENTS:
* Degree in Electrical / Electronics or Computer Engineering
* At least one year in servicing computer software and hardware
* Strong technical, troubleshooting skills
* Good communication skills
* 7 Full-Time positions available.
