Service Technician
(Singapore job)
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting of computer hardware and software problem
- Maintain and repair of systems, peripherals and printers
- Assist customers in installation and provide technical support
Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ level / ITE in IT or related to Computer Studies
- Fluent in English and other local languages/dialects
- Minimum 1 years related working experience
- Possess IT knowledge on both Windows & Mac platforms is an advantage
- Possess of class 3 valid driving license is a plus
- Able to work in a team and also able to handle jobs independently
- Good working attitude (courteous, patient and possess initiative), willing to learn, motivated, self-paced individuals
- Willing to work on retail hours including weekends & public holidays
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred
- Work location: Singapore
- Required language(s): Chinese, English
