In line with our company’s expansion, we are seeking dynamic individuals who are willing to take up the challenge to fill the following positions:
Senior & Junior Customer Service Engineers
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing, managing, implementing and maintaining LAN/WAN/Internet network and system infrastructure setup.
- Evaluate the integration process for network infrastructure, server systems and applications, and convergence of system for data, voice & video (triple-play).
- Supporting Microsoft Windows and Linux Operating System servers.
- Able to work independently.
- Liaise with customers and providing proposals for project implementation and post sales support.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/IT or equivalent. Those with CCNA/CCNP, MCP/MCSE certification an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in troubleshooting, documentation, implementation and supporting network-based services (eg. routing,switching,WAN protocol,network security,QoS configuration etc).
- Extensive knowledge of implementation and maintenance for wired & wireless of enterprise and campus-based network architecture.
- Extensive knowledge of networking skills with strong fundamentals in OSI 7-Layer Model, switching (STP), routing protocol (CISCO) or relaying, TCP/IP,DNS lookup, VoIP etc.
- Project management and communication skills.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia is a MUST.
- Good personality and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess own transport.
- Full-Time positions available.
