SAP Functional Analyst -Organizational Management (Sr. Analyst, Business Systems)
Candidate Profile:
-2 – 3 years experience in the design and configuration of SAP Organizational Management to include but not be limited to the following:
-2 – 3 years experience with the design and implementation of custom reports both out of SAP and the BW solution of SAP
-A minimum of 1 full SAP lifecycle implementations
-1 – 3 implementations including ESS/MSS and PCR (personnel change request) management
-Experience working on global implementations
-Experienced in using ASAP Methodology
-Extensive experience with use case scenario documentation
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Experience in the design and implementation of workflow
-Extensive experience in compliance reporting for more than 1 country
-Multiple country and jurisdictional implementation experience (minimum of 5 countries) preferred
-Proficient in spoken and written English & Mandarin required.
