QA Test Engineer/Analyst
(National Capital Reg – Makati City Job)
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain test specification for initial and ongoing projects
- Lead in defining and refining (ongoing process improvement) QA Standards and Processes
- Lead adoption of Quality Assurance and Testing methodologies.
- Support, promote and reinforce the importance and necessity for comprehensive testing and QA throughout Sandstone.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
- Has more than 2-6 years experience in Software QA and Testing (Assembly, Product, Regression and Performance & Volume Tests)
- 1-3 years experience in Leading Projects and/or Test Teams
- Have strong experience in the following testing methodologies (TMM, CMMI, Agile, Waterfall)
- Have excellent working experience in formulating, refining and deploying test processes, QA standards and processes
- Have excellent working experience in creating and executing test strategy, test plan, scenarios and scripts
- Have experience in working in Enterprise Test Projects and Phases (test planning, preparation, execution, automation and performance testing)
- Have working experience in Automated Testing Tools (Mercury Quality Center, QTP, Selenium and JMeter)
- Have strong working experience in setting up a controlled and dedicated test environment (Installation, Configuration and Maintenance)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, fast learner, and possesses good communication and interpersonal skills, focused on high quality
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
