Process Engineer
(Selangor Job - Shah Alam)
Responsibilities:
- Review production cycle time and quality control activities for process improvement, maximizing production output & increase of production efficiency
- Manage, supervise and guide Operation Officers and operators on daily process operations planning, execution of tasks & manage resources availability
- Develop, update and implementation of production operational procedures and manuals
- Ensure continuous & updated education/training to operations personnel on production/ machinery operations, quality & technical issues
- Promote continuous improvement activities such as 5S and safe operating programs for daily operations
- Monitor staff performance and identify relevant training needs to develop operator training programs on yearly basis
- Working closely with Quality, Engineering & Technical team to control product quality, proper machine handling procedures & updating process/ technical parameters to ensure continuous operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering with 3-5 years working experience
- Independent, good supervisory & people skills and strong analytical/ troubleshooting skills
- Work experience in cable making operations would be added advantage
- Exposure to production facilities with control systems and related extrusion process
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
