Process Development Technician
(Singapore - Kallang Way)
Responsibilities:
You will assist the engineers in performing activities for the development, characterization, and implementation of new processes and materials into production. You will also assist the engineers in developing new techniques for manufacturing, assembly and test using experimental design, statistical method and material analysis techniques; assist in reviewing processing and testing techniques and methods, modify and improve processes, evaluate failure date to find root cause and assist in implementing sound engineering solutions.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Physics
- Minimum 2 years related experience in a high volume manufacturing environment preferably in wafer fabrication and/or packaging and testing
- Familiar with Design of Experiment (DOE) methodology and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Possess good statistics and computer modeling knowledge
