PAYROLL & ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Job Description
-Process monthly payroll (calculation, administration, claims, tax matters, etc)
-Able to handle and assisting in invoicing functions
-Monitor and ensuring accuracy in matching of supporting documents and AR collection
-Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:
-Min Diploma or its equivalent
-Fresh candidates may apply as training and guidance will be provided
-At least 1 year expreience in handling payroll and admin will be an advantage
-Effectively bilingual in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu
-Proficient in MS office application and payroll softare will be an advantage
-Must be result-oriented, meticulous and able to multi-task
-Ability to start at short notice is preferred

Other Information:
-SALARY WILL COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE
-Comprehensive on-the-job training
-Interaction with several parties provides opportunity to further develop interpersonal and communication skills
