We are property development Group with established profile of numerous successful completed projects in the past years. We are currently undergoing expansion to cater for our upcoming projects. We would like to invite capable & dynamic candidates to join our team for the following position:-
Marketing Executive
(Sarawak – Kuching)
Responsibilities:
* To prepare marketing plan for new project and work closely with directors to ensure effective of marketing strategies toward achieving sales targets;
* To conduct property market surveys & to provide input on feasibility study for new projects;
* Liaise with media agents and to organize property launch activities & exhibitions;
* To complete other ad-hoc marketing assignments from directors; and with
* Outgoing character and capable of approaching & concluding sales to potential buyers
Requirements:
* Minimum SPM or higher
* With experiences on the related field are preferred
* Must be computer literate
* Conversant in English & Mandarin
