We are a total logistics solution company in the country. In view of our expansion operational programme, we seek dynamic, competent and suitable qualified individuals to join our team.
Logistics Executive/Analyst
(Senoko)
Responsibilities:
- Liase & co-ordinate with carriers/customers/suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of shipment
- Preparation of shipping documents
- Generate daily/monthly reports
- Maintain & provide good customer service
Requirements:
- Holder of GCE “O” Level /Diploma in Logistics /Business Studies /Administration
- At least 1 year of related working experience
- Team player with good interpersonal communications skills
- Highly motivated, result-oriented and computer literate
- Self starter and able to work independently
- Fluent in English & working knowledge in Mandarin(liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
- Tradenet knowledge an added advantage for Forwarding Div
- Mature, patient, able to work long hours
- Those able to start work with short notice preferred
Working Hours : 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)
8.30am to 12.30 (Sat) with 2 Sat-Offs rotation
Location : Station at Senoko
