Logistics Executive
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
- Processing of forecast and sales orders from overseas customers
- Prepare shipping documents, invoices, packing list, bill of lading, tradenet declaration
- Liaise with suppliers on PO confirmation & monitoring of goods availability
- Coordinate with warehouse, forwarders, carriers on shipping arrangement
- Verification of expense & suppliers invoices
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics Management (Candidates with Diploma in other disciplines, but has the relevant experience are also welcome)
- At least 2 years relevant working experience in export, forwarding, shipping or other logistics-related field
- Good interpersonal and communication skills both written and spoken
- Can cope with pressure and heavy workload
- Have a good memory, and able to learn fast
- A pleasant personality, with good customer service skills
- Only Singaporeans and PRs need apply
