Technical Support Assistant (Ref:TSS/291207) Recruit Ref. : L0028881
Responsibilities
- Provide support on server & network administration
- Proform system installation & configuration
- Setup and maintain PC hardware & software
- Provide help desk support and solutions to end users
Requirements
- Setup holder in IT or computer related discipline
- Familiar in Window & LAN/WAN
- Basic knowledge in TCP/IP, firewall and network security
- F.7 with MCP holder will also be considered
We provide both technical and practical training, performance bonus for right candidates.
