Responsibilities:
-To assist end-users to solve problems (hardware / software) related to their workstations and related peripherals (Notebooks, PDA, Printers etc).
-To install, upgrade, maintain workstations and related peripherals.
-Posses relevant IT Skills & Expertise: HW: desktops, notebooks, printers, peripherals
-To be proactive when troubleshooting and resolving End Users’ PC Issues;
-Good inter-personal skills, positive in learning.
-Able to work independently as well as in a team.
-Able to perform shift.
-Min 1 Yrs Experience will be an advantage.
-Candidates are required to start work immediately
Requirements:
-Diploma or ITE in IT/ Information System disciplines.
-Experience in supporting Lotus Notes R6, Windows OS, Anti-virus software;
-Required language(s): English.
-Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or PR only.
-Candidates with Team Leader qualities and VIP support experience are welcome to apply;
-Candidates are required to start work immediately.
