All In line with our expansion, we are seeking highly motivated and result orientated individual with positive attitude and right qualification to join our dynamic team to be based in Ipoh, Perak. ENVOTECH, a company specializes in manufacturing of conventional Security Seals & RFID Electronic Seals with factories and offices in Penang and Perak.
DESIGNER/DRAUGHTMAN
(Perak – Ipoh, Perak job)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for mechanical design of tools and products.
- Timely completion of design, complete with details and bill of materials.
- To continually seek improvement in design so as to ease mould fabrication and ultimately reduce cost and improve delivery time without compromising on quality.
- Performed preliminary planning, preparation of design concepts and cost estimation.
- To plan, coordinate, supervise and monitor project, maintenance and construction works.
- To develop the detail design and able to justify the design with calculations and other design basis.
- To ensure timely implementation for all project phases.
- To organise, preparation & submission of work to supplier/mould makers.
- To participate effectively in all engineering meetings/discussions.
- To ensure design meets customer’s specifications.
- To ensure design engineering changes are promptly updated to have better mold performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in plastic moulds products.
- Hardworking, able to work independently, and to work under pressure to meet tight project schedule.
- Mature, resourceful and responsible individual capable of working with minimum supervision.
- Must be computer literate in MS applications.
- Experience in Plastic Injection Moulding will have added advantage.
- Knowledge in FMEA is an advantage
- Pleasant with good attitude and communication skills. Able to write & speak in English.
- Good knowledge of Autocad 2000 or above.
- Strong analytical / structural skills.
- Must be willing to travel occassionally to Penang factory.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
