Requirements:
* O’ Level & above
* Minimum one year of working experience in admin/service industries
* Accounts knowledge & good typing speed
* Generate daily, monthly statistical reports, Data entry & general admin duties
* Able to handle general customers enquiries and feedback through the hotline/email
* Good phone etiquette and customer service-oriented
