Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling enquiries, answering calls, attending to customers’ needs, maintaining and updating customers’ records as well as providing the necessary support to events when needed.
Requirements:
- Min GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ Level
- Warm and cheerful personality with a passion for customer service
- Must be a computer literate
- Good command of English and Mandarin (need to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)
