Requirements:
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- Work experience in the field of horizontal development in Real estate is an advantage
- At least 3-5 years relevant experience in planning and design of engineering details
With knowledge in Estimate of Vertical and Horizontal Structure
- Ability to estimate site-work costs accurately, forecast expenditures and provide creative solutions
- Proficient in Design Software
