We are hiring multiple numbers of experienced CALL CENTER AGENTS for one of our prestigious clients in Malaysia.
Location : Malaysia
Salary Range : Negotiable + Benefits
Start Date : Immediate / ASAP
Responsibility:
Provide customers with friendly and professional communication during call transactions
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication skills with good telephone etiquette and passion for service excellence.
- Computer Literate
- 1- 2 years experience in contact centre environment
- Candidates who are able to converse in Spanish would have an added advantage
