APPOINTMENT SETTER / TELEMARKETER
(Central Visayas – Keppel Center, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City Job)
Responsibilities:
The job requires you to:
. Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for goods or services.
. Schedule appointments for Sales Representatives to meet with prospective customers.
. Record names, addresses and reactions of prospects contacted. Manage and complete call backs to prospective customers using our preferred CRM.
Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
. Obtain customer information such as name, address, phone number, and obtain important information on their current network environment. i.e.
servers, workstations if they are using IMS etc
. Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers.
. Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
. Deliver prepared sales conversations, that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.
Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited.
Telephone or write letter to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.
. Being creative and tenacious in trying new methods of contacting and seducing prospective clients.
. Being creative in seeking new resources to contact, persons, companies and identifying new verticals to target
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Requirements:
We are looking for dedicated and highly-driven individuals who are:
- highly articulate and fluent in American English.
- French-speaking a plus.
- with a good and sunny disposition
- persistent and consistent in delivering results
- with outbound/sales experience in IT solutions a plus
