A well-established costume jewellery company has immediate vacancies for:

Admin/Sales Co-ordinator
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

- 5 1/2 days work week, Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm
- Attend to overseas buyers
- Able to multitask & work under pressure
- Monitor orders and delivery schedule
- Co-ordinate with store upon receiving of goods
- Other ad-hoc jobs as assigned by Director
- Order & sample processing
- Liaise with forwarder and supplier
- Only shortlisted will be notify

Requirements:

- Fashionable and energetic
- Computer literate
- GCE ‘O’ Level
- Singaporean and Singaporean PR
- 1 year working experience
- Knowledge in Jewellery an added advantage
- Preferably able to speak English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking client
- Resourceful & independent
- Able to start work immediately
- Preferably Female candidates are encouraged to apply
- Office located in Kallang Industrial Area

Salary: S$1,500 to $1,800 depending on qualification and experience.
