1.Accounts Assistant
Duties:
-Handle partial sets of accounts (mainly on AP).
-Matching of invoices.
-Bank reconciliation.
-Handle petty cash claims.
-Classification of expense.
-Simple financial analysis.
-Assist in month end closing.
-Other ad-hoc duties.
Salary: $1600-$2000
2.Accounts Executive
Duties:
-Handle full sets of accounts.
-Perform management/financial reports and variance analysis.
-Monitor cash flow.
-Submit GST returns.
-Prepare schedules for audit and taxation .
Salary: $2000-$2400
Requirements:
-Min LCCI/ Diploma/ ACCA in Accountancy.
-Preferably 2 years of working experience in Accounts or related industry.
-Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel.
-Proficiency in accounting softwares (ACCPAC/ SAP/ ORACLE) will be an advantage.
-Must be able to converse in English and Mandarin (need to liaise with clients from China and Taiwan).
-Must be available immediately or within short notice.
-Only Singaporeans or PR may apply.
