RESPONSIBILITIES
-To assist the Assistant Payroll Accountant in the Payroll function of the Corporate HQ and some subsidiaries
-Involved in multiple payroll activities, ranging from CPF matters, income tax filing, staff cost allocation and payroll matters across national borders

-Custodian of fixed assets inventory
-Standard cost maintenance
-Review quotations to ensure product profitability
-Analyse overhead spendings, variances, scrap and production efficiency
-Assist in timely month end close and submission of management reports(eg. Inventory & Revenue Reconciliation, PPV reporting and so on)
-Assist in monthly forecasting and yearly budgeting
-Assist in physical inventory count

Qulification Required:

-Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

1.Job Summary:
-Responsible for the firm’s corporate tax advisory and assist in the development and implementation of effective tax strategies.
-Possess knowledge of national tax and accounting laws.
-Responsible for the firm’s compliance with local and US accounting standards and assist in the implementation of any new or revised accounting standards.
-Responsible for the financial accounting and reporting of Singapore subsidiaries
2.Principal Tasks:
-Responsible for corporate tax advisory for new business and products and implementation of any new tax regulations
-Responsible for the firms’ compliance with changes in local FRS and US GAAP
-Responsible for the financial accounting; system set-up, head office reporting and local statutory reporting of some of the subsidiaries in Singapore
-Other weekly/monthly reports
-Any other job duties which the supervisor may delegate from time to time
3.Education & Professional Qualifications Required:
-Degree in Accountancy
4.Experience Required:
-X 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting in an investment/global bank
-X Corporate tax advisory experience in professional firms will be an advantage
