You will oversee the finance functions, especially GL section. You will also be responsible for timely and accurate financial management, reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis and overseeing the financial aspects of local and foreign subsidiaries. In addition, you will be involved in ensuring compliance of internal policies; maintaining effective financial and operating controls to ensure integrity of reporting; assisting in the preparation of tax computation and returns as well as handling and managing audit and banking matters.

Requirements
-Degree or professional qualification in Accounting as recognized by ICPAS.
-At least 6 years’ post-qualification commercial experience.
-Meticulous with the ability to work independently.
-Highly motivated with the ability to exercise sound business judgment and discretion.

Responsibilities:
-Supervision and manage day to day function of accounting and ensure accurate reporting and timeline.
-Consolidation of accounts for company and its subsidiaries in the AP region.
-Analyze and review financial statements, balance sheet and provide cost variance analysis.
-Full spectrum of financial and management accounting including regulatory reporting.
-Perform financial forecast and projection of revenue, cost & expenses and cash flow management.

-Good knowledge on Singapore’s taxation, regulation, banking and treasury policies etc
