RM Assistant
Responsibilities:
-Handle account opening/closing.
-Manage clients accounts, transmission of orders (purchase and sale of securities, transfers, cheques clearing, cash transactions, renewal of term deposit, etc) and execution controls.
-Preparation of all documentation e.g. loan documents, compliance, account opening forms, etc.
-Manage and organize contacts for the Relationship Manager (appointments, meetings, business trips).
-Do monitoring spreadsheets.
-Ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:
-Minimum Diploma in a related discipline (Accounting/ Banking/ Finance).
-Minimum 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in Private Banking Support roles.
-Basic fundamental FX product knowledge (mandatory).
-Good written and spoken English.
-Good Team player and Communication skills.
-Responsible, adaptable and meticulous.

Assistant Manager

Job Description
-Tax compliance program for Singapore entities to ensure accurate and timely filing of the tax return.
-Reviewing current and deferred tax provision and provide tax advise/support on day to day operation matters.
-To review and prepare tax matrix for all subsidiaries so as to check for tax exposures, if any.
-Manages the corporate tax risks and improves structural efficiency of the company/subsidiaries through cross border tax planning.
-Oversee the company’s GST structure and make appropriate recommendations or apply for incentives to support company’s business flow.
-Liaising closely wit external advisors, tax authorities, subsidiaries and internal business managers on identified tax issues.
-Involved in any tax investigation, audit or queries from respective tax offices in the region.
-Monitor and advice on cross border related transactions, withholding tax applicability.
-Providing assistance/support in tax research and handle ad-hoc projects and assignments, incl.

Qualification
-Bachelor Major in Finance & Accounting

Experience

-At least 5 years experience in public accounting/corporate tax environment with a pan-Asia Pacific group of legal entities (both income and indirect tax) providing pan-Asia Pacific income tax advice.

Skills Sets
-Excellant presentation and communication skill

Personal Attributes
-Must be able to prioritize, multi-task, and take ownership of projects, performing job requirements with minimal oversight and attention to detail.
