Package Administrator

Responsibilities:

You will provide and manage package administration services. This includes troubleshooting and resolving non-functional problems for packages and also problems evolving around the packages. In addition, you will provide technical consultation on package-related matters, 2nd level support for troubleshooting and resolution of problems as well as performing impact analysis, review and implement new version / upgrade / patch to the package and non package product.

Requirements:
* Degree / Diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in package administration preferably with experience in administrating the following specific package:
1. Filenet
2. Cognos
3. Adobe
4. GIS (Autodesk)
5. SeeBeyond
* Good technical knowledge of the package for troubleshooting problems reported and proposing recommendation
