PRINCE COURT MEDICAL CENTRE SDN. BHD. invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the following position:
SECRETARY
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
* Provide the full spectrum of secretarial services and administrative support to middle management
* Handle correspondence, office supplies/equipment/facilities and arrange business travel for the middle management team
* Co-ordinate and prepare management presentations, Board documents and reports
* Plan/schedule leave coverage/relief amongst peers according to operational requirements
* Act as the department focal point for internal and external customers
Requirements:
* Advanced Diploma/Diploma in Secretarial skills or its equivalent
* Minimum 6 years of secretarial experience and administrative support to middle management
* Able to effectively lead others, work independently and across teams, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Fluent in verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
* Attentive to detail and well organised
Fluency in spoken English is essential
