Assistant Manager - HR Compensation & Benefits
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
* To develop competitive compensation and benefits package to attract, motivate and retain key employees
* Provide analytical support during the Compensation Plans cycles by participating in the remuneration surveys, data consolidation and review
* Monitor, analyze and propose new compensation programs aligned to organization strategy and business plans
* Monitor, evaluate and propose Employee Benefits Programs and Plans aligned to organization’s strategy
* Act as the subject matter expert in employee benefits by providing organization the best knowledge, proper external benchmarking and best practices in the market
* Provide job evaluation support for new and revised jobs and ensure that the jobs are valued fairly and in an equitable manner within the organization
Requirements:
* Degree in Human Resource or its equivalent
* Possess minimum four (4) years of working experience in Human Resource field specializing in Compensation & Benefits
* Has good understanding in Compensation & Benefits concepts and varied compensation practices
* Possess pleasant personality with positive attitude towards challenges and self development
* Able to multi-task, work independently and be a team leader
* Good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels in the organization
* Has initiative, analytical and enthusiatic
* Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage
