It is an established and dynamic company specializing in underground audit, integrity tank testing & fleet Management and tracking system. The company is now looking for highly competent candidates to oversee the Company operations to ensure efficiency, quality , service and cost effective management of resources.
General Manager
(Kuala Lumpur - Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
* Develop a strategic plan inline with Group’s mission and objective and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization.
* Oversee company operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service cost effective management of resources including human resource.
* Plan, develop and implement strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the company.
* Approve Company operational procedures, policies and standards
* Review activity reports and financial reports (A4&A3) to determine progress and status in attainingobjectives and revise objective and plans in acordance with current conditions.
* Evaluate performance of Executive/Technician for compliance with etablish policies and objectives of the company and contributions in attaining objectives.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
* At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Engineering-Telecommunication - Others or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures is an added values.
* Ability to analyze ad interpret financial data.Knowledge of communication and public relation techniques. Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
