Business Analyst
(Selangor - Puchong, Selangor)
Responsibilities:
* Analyze and document business requirements and processes.
* Develop and execute test plans based on business requirements.
* Develop manuals for users and system administrators.
* Provide training to end-users if required.
* Source, gather, analyze and interpret relevant data and statistics
* Provide system’s support to end users on the application systems.
* Prepare all the necessary documentation as required such as Business Process Design and Technical Specifications, Detailed Design Document, User’s Manual, System’s Documentation, and etc.
* Identify opportunities for system’s enhancement
Requirements:
* Degree in Science (Statistics), Information Technology (Business Application), Economics (Quantitative Analysis) or related qualifications.
* Able to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis.
* Able to speak effectively and present work processes to a group of audience.
* Good organizing skills and ensure that documents / research reports are well organized and easily retrievable, available on demand.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English and Mandarin, both oral and written.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience; however fresh graduates will also be considered
* Has strong analytical skills, with the ability to source and synthesize information to produce various reports for the Management and the clients;
* Must be creative, resourceful and have attention to detail;
* Required language(s): English, Chinese
* Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia.
